Babara (“Babara”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Mahmoud Shayeb, an individual (sole trader). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

The service

Babara sends payment reminder emails on your behalf to the clients you add, hosts a pay page for each invoice, and shows you insights about payment behaviour. Predictions are estimates, not guarantees. Babara never receives or holds your clients’ payments: they pay you directly through your own payment method.

Your responsibilities

• Only add invoices that are genuinely owed to you, for clients you have a business relationship with.
• Keep invoice details accurate, and mark invoices paid promptly so clients aren’t reminded unnecessarily.
• Don’t use Babara to send spam, harassment or unlawful debt-collection messages.

Plans, payment and taxes

The Starter plan is free with limits. Pro is a monthly subscription billed in advance. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles payment, sales tax, invoicing and customer service related to payment. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime from Plan & billing; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period. See our refund policy.

Availability

We work hard to keep Babara running but can’t promise it will be uninterrupted. If an email can’t be delivered, Babara retries and shows the failure in your diary.

Liability

Babara isn’t a debt collection agency, a payment service or a legal advisor. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.
