What is Babara?
Babara is an invoice reminder tool for freelancers, studios and small agencies. You add an unpaid invoice, and Babara emails your client a series of friendly, escalating reminders, then gives them a one-click page to pay, promise a payment date, or ask a question.
Do I have to connect my accounting software?
No. Babara works with any invoicing tool. Add the invoice number, amount, due date and your client’s email in about 30 seconds, and paste your usual payment link (Stripe, PayPal, Wise…) or bank details.
Will the emails sound robotic or rude?
No. You choose a tone (warm, balanced or firm) and Babara writes short, human emails that escalate in clarity, never in rudeness. You can preview every email before it goes out.
What happens when my client replies?
Replies go straight to your inbox. If your client uses the pay page instead, Babara adapts automatically: it pauses when they say they’ve paid or ask a question, and waits until their promised date before checking in.
How does Babara adapt reminders to each client?
Babara tracks whether reminder emails are opened, whether the pay page is visited and whether the client clicked “Pay”. If a client keeps opening but never acts, or started paying but nothing arrived, the next email is rewritten for that situation.
What is Pay DNA?
Pay DNA is a 0–100 reliability score for each client, calculated from their real payment history with you: average days late, on-time rate and how many payment promises they kept. Babara uses it to predict when each open invoice will be paid.
When are reminders sent?
By default: 3 days before the due date, on the due date, then 3, 7, 14 and 21 days late. Emails go out at 9:30 in your timezone, and never more often than every 48 hours. Pro users can switch individual steps off.
How much does Babara cost?

Does Babara take a cut of my payments?
