Cloudflare, Inc.

  • What for: Hosting, database, routing replies to reminders, reading those replies with an AI model (Workers AI, which doesn’t train on them), and cookie-free visit counts for the website (Web Analytics)
  • Data: All account, client and invoice data
  • Where: Global network; United States and EU

  • What for: Sending emails and reporting delivery, bounces and spam complaints
  • Data: Recipient email addresses and email content

Billing (not a subprocessor)

Paddle.com sells Babara subscriptions as Merchant of Record and handles payment and tax data as an independent controller. It never receives your clients’ details.
